The first dates for Matt’s welding workshops have been released, they will be starting in June and there is a mixture of full day beginner, full day MIG or TIG specific (intermediate) and 1-2-1 half day courses so if you want to come to the Urchfab HQ and learn to weld then get booked on!
You can read about what is included in the courses on the welding workshops page here, so if you aren’t sure which welding workshop is right for you then that is the best place to start. The beginner and MIG / TIG specific courses are both very practical and hands on and you will get to assemble your own Urchfab dice kit which will be yours to take home at the end of the day. The 1-2-1 courses are your chance to work on your weaknesses and focus on any areas you want specific help with.
If you have any questions or would like to book a course then please contact us at urchfabbookings@gmail.com.

Hi I watch your YouTube videos and just seen that you’ve started the welding courses.
id be interested in a mig day in September if and when you have any dates, a Saturday would be good but can work around dates that are available. I do have my own cheap rohr Amazon machine would it be worth bringing that or working with one of yours?
Thanks
Hi Adrian, thanks for your message. The September dates won’t be released for a little while but if you keep an eye on my social media or website closer to the time then you will see notifications when they are available for booking. For the MIG course I have machines for you to use, but you are welcome to bring your own machine to a 1-2-1 session if that was something you wanted help with. Then I have the time to dedicate to showing you how to set it up etc. Cheers, Matt
Hiya Matt,
I’ve got one of those Lincoln/Bester units from Inverter Fusion. I’ve used it semi-successfully in flux core Mig Mode but have no read idea on how to make full use of it otherwise and how to select kit to go with it. What course would you recommend I attend?
Cheers,
Liam
Hi Liam, the best course would be a 1-2-1 as you would be able to bring in the machine with you and we could go through all the setup etc. If you would like to know the available dates then drop an email to urchfabbookings@gmail.com and we can get you sorted. Cheers, Matt
